Subject: How can you get fat at Hardees?

Fast-food pit of despair–sucking the money out of our town and making us all fat!

Been my experience that a body could starve to death waiting on a meal at Hardee’s.  McDonald’s will be hiring out of the same talent pool. Will be interesting to see if they can get different results, or what Hardee’s will do with competition for that slice of the market.  (I’ll still be eating at S&Ts either way.  Haven’t made it to the new Scoreboard yet.)

OTOH, I’m happy to see BB&T in this end of the county.  I’ve been writing “open a branch in Pittsboro, please!” on all my deposit-by-mail slips for as long as I’ve been banking there.
