April 5th is the first anniversary of Keara's death. I just wanted to thank all of you that have been there for me this past year. It has been the most difficult year of my life. Losing your child especially to murder is something that I can't even begin to describe. I would like to ask anyone who feels inclined to light a candle on her memorial website, www.kearahart .com.Thanks to you all.

Pittsboro Needle Crafters
April 12, Thursday, 6:30PM to 8:30PM
Main Auditorium of Chatham Cooperative Extension Building
Our April gathering will continue quilting basics with "sandwiching" and quilting our block(s) made during the March class. We will talk about different types of batting and how to prepare for quilting your block. If you still have your hoop from our cross stitch class, bring it along.
If you were unable to attend the March class, do come this month anyway! We will review the basics and work individually with you to help you catch up. No supplies necessary.
Show and tell is still the bonus feature of our get-togethers; so feel free to bring your project!
And for those of you who may not have attended yet, classes are held the second Thursday of each month, September through May and cover many different crafts. The car park entrance to the auditorium is directly off the traffic circle - a very small road alongside the gas station.
A class fee of $5 is collected to cover some supplies with the remaining funds donated to a local charity in May. We look forward to seeing you all!

-------------------- 12 -------------------- Date: Wed, 04 Apr 2007 21:50:09 -0400 From: Tony Baker <annetony...mindspring.com> Subject: Fishy 4th Friday Films
The World Renowned Pittsboro Merchants Association, in its never-ending quest for local entertainment, has created Fourth Friday Films.
Here's the deal. We show movies in the parking lot of The Capital Bank branch at the Circle. When, you ask? The 4th Friday of each month.
And the Fishy part? Howard the fish sandwich guy has agreed to set up his cooking rig and sell his famous sandwiches to the adoring crowds. The PMA will be selling other munchies (popcorn and sodas) to complete the moviegoer's experience. Proceeds will benefit the PMA's efforts to enhance Pittsboro.
The first movie night is scheduled to be April 27, which is, coincidentally, a Friday. The movie will probably be Casablanca (The Greatest Movie Ever).
Moviegoers merely need to bring blankets or comfy lawn chairs. And an appetite.
