Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival of Music & Dance is giving away two four-day weekend passes to the festival this April 19-22! Raffle tickets are $3 each and can be purchased at New Horizons and Annie B & the Black & White Guy, both in downtown Pittsboro. The drawing date has been pushed up to April 1st.

You - DO - NEED TO SIGN UP NOW for the class if you are interested, and can attend ANY number of the 8 weeks you wish, and can walk in at ANY time between 10:00am and 6:00pm to play.

FOLLOWING ARE THE DETAILS: Two class times are offered...........and WHAT a deal! $60 to CCCC for 64 hours (!!!!). The price includes 64 hours of shop time, instruction, AND all those great things you will bring home to awe yourself, your friends, and family.
THURSDAY CLASS - Starts Thursday, March 15th, 10am-6:00pm and runs every Thursday, (10-6:00) for 8 weeks.
SUNDAY CLASS - Starts Sunday, March 18th, 10am-6:00pm and runs every Sunday, (10-6:00) for 8 weeks.
These classes will be held with an Open Studio format. You can choose to attend all or any number of the classes. ALL levels are welcome. Beginners can come in at any time, however you need to sign up now. CALL 919-542-6886 or email kimberli.m.at.hotmail.com if you have any questions.
The instructor will call you prior to class to go over materials/fees and everything else you need to bring to class.

New Class – Embroidery Counted Thread Work CCCC, Pittsboro Campus Date: 3.27.07-5.1.07 Time: 6:30-8:30pm Cost: $45.00
Students will be introduced to different types of fabric, threads and tools.. You will learn several basic stitches and use graph paper to plan your own simple design. You will also learn how to finish and frame your piece.. You will need a 6 or 7 inch embroidery hoop.
